We are located at 3/124 Martin Street, Brighton, Melbourne and are very excited to welcoming everyone.

Reservations for groups of one to eight guests can be made online.

Groups of seven guests and more dining at Bottarga are required to dine from our set menu starting from $95pp. Please email us to discuss the set menu options and also if you have any special dietary requirements.

We will also be taking credit card details at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 72 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of $50 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.
All tables seated before 7.30pm will be for a 2 hour duration only. Should you require more time please contact us directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Please note that we have a 10% surcharge on any group of six and more bookings as well as Sundays service and a 15% surcharge on public holidays.
